Job Description:
Domtar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of online customer support and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This is a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online customer support services - Manage a team of online customer support representatives and oversee their performance - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure prompt resolution - Implement best practices for online customer support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in online customer support technology and practices - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on online customer support metrics and performance
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Resourceful and adaptable to changing business needs - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
