Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


ConAgra Foods is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve the overall customer experience - Serve as a brand ambassador for ConAgra Foods by promoting our products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to enhance our reputation


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
