Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This position is part-time and entry-level, with 1 year of experience required.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and policy information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or trends - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support strategies - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
