Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Essendant, a leading online retailer in Lausanne, Vaud, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be adept at strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone - Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Handling customer inquiries and providing product information - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Generating reports on customer feedback and trends


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A friendly and positive demeanor - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
