Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


As an Online Customer Support Representative at ConAgra Foods, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to communicate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on ways to improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with product orders or deliveries - Processing and tracking customer orders accurately - Communicating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times - Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues as needed - Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
