Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description: Citigroup is seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate-level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing outstanding online customer support to our clients. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and procedures - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in online customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Adaptability to changing environments and priorities - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Independent and resourceful approach to work
