Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nationwide in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, this part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our online users. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and independent, with a knack for presentation and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Monitor online reviews and address any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other teams to improve the online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
