Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


OC Oerlikon Corporation AG is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the online shopping experience - Provide guidance and assistance to customers navigating the online platform - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and feedback to help improve products and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
