Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 3 years of experience and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and independent, as well as strong soft skills in persuasion and communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with online customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Use sales techniques to upsell and cross sell products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and helpful experience - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers - Adaptability to handle different customer inquiries and situations - Independence to work remotely and manage time effectively - Experience in using live chat software is a plus
