Job Description - Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Live Chat Assistant at Sears Holdings in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication. Your primary role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, and guide them through the online shopping process.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the online chat platform - Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Provide product recommendations and assist with purchases - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and sales events - Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and upsells - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and e-commerce systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
