Online Live Chat Associate

As an Online Live Chat Associate at PNC Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This part-time Associate Level role in our Lausanne, Vaud office requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for a variety of financial products and services - Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to problem-solve and improve processes for online chat support - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience in online chat support or customer service preferred - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting - Proficiency in technology and customer service platforms
