Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


NiSource is seeking a qualified Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing customer engagement.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the online chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of online chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the online chat platform with other customer service channels. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and insights. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
