Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


Altria Group, a leading tobacco and smokeless products manufacturer, is seeking a talented Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with Mid-to-Senior Level experience in online customer service and management.


Responsibilities: - Manage online live chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure quality service delivery - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and customer satisfaction - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in online customer service and management roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and reliable with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - People management and research skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
