Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Zimmer Biomet Holdings in Bern, Switzerland. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our live chat support platform to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through live chat - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company policies and standards - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate chat support with other customer service channels - Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in chat software and customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent people management and time management skills
