Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


VF is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in messaging - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chat efforts with overall business goals - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
