Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


GameStop is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities through chat interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of chat interactions, including training staff on best practices. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to leadership. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers through chat and promoting products and services. 6. Provide guidance and support to chat agents, assisting with complex customer inquiries and escalations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service and chat management.


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in online customer service or chat management. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. 3. Experience in people management and leading a team. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. 5. Motivated to continuously improve processes and exceed performance goals.
