Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Officer at Lowe’s in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address their questions, concerns, and feedback - Provide accurate product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with customers - Utilize emotional intelligence to de-escalate tense situations and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support for all customers - Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different customer needs - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems - High school diploma or equivalent - Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
