Online Live Chat Officer

Job description:

Novartis is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in real-time - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all digital platforms - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product information, company policies, and industry developments to provide accurate and timely assistance

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple conversations simultaneously - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)
