Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Representative on a part-time basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find innovative solutions. 6. Maintain a high level of resilience and professionalism in all interactions. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Must be resilient and hardworking in a fast-paced environment. 6. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and innovation in problem-solving.
