Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at u-blox AG in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online live chat platform. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the online purchasing process. You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers to provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing real-time support through our online live chat platform - Guiding customers through the online purchasing process and resolving any issues that may arise - Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Maintaining a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes - Continuously improving your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required; however, a customer service background is a plus - Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Dedicated and energetic personality with a passion for helping others - Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to effectively manage people - Proficiency with online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
