Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Online Support Assistant to join our team at Dollar Tree in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our online customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to online shoppers through chat, email, and phone correspondence. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and any other inquiries they may have. 3. Work closely with the online sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns to drive online sales. 6. Assist with website content updates, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. 7. Monitor online trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve in the online retail space. 8. Work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and drive online sales growth.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues. 4. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or online support roles. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online retail platforms. 6. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. 7. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates. 8. Free accommodation and company equipment provided.
