Online Support Assistant

Job Description: As an Online Support Assistant at eBay, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to users on the eBay platform. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and passionate.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist users with navigating the eBay platform and resolving any issues they may encounter - Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with eBay's policies - Collaborate with other teams to address technical issues and improve the overall user experience - Share feedback and insights from users to help inform decision-making processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in eBay's policies and procedures
