Job Description: As an Online Support Assistant at United Technologies, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers, clients, and colleagues. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance and assistance to users navigating our online systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
