Job Description:

As an Online Support Associate at Owens Corning, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms. This part-time position located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a clear and concise manner. - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in the development of online support resources and documentation.
