Job Description - Online Support Manager

As an Online Support Manager at Sealed Air in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the online support services provided by the company. This part-time position is set at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online support services and enhance customer satisfaction. - Manage a team of online support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of online support services. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and trends to improve service offerings. - Ensure that online support processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and in line with company standards. - Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance online support services.
