Job Description - Online Support Manager

The Online Support Manager at Duke Energy will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online support team to ensure exceptional customer service and technical support for Duke Energy's online platforms. This position will require a strong background in customer service, technical support, and team management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online support representatives to provide timely and accurate online support to customers - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online support experience for customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of online support services with other customer service channels - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online support and customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Proven experience in managing a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and driven personality traits - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and creativity skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support tools
