Online Support Officer

Job Description: Tyson Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality online customer support to our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online ordering, account management, and product information - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide proactive recommendations for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for handling customer data and sensitive information

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Fluency in English and German is a plus
