Job Description:
As an Online Support Officer at Aflac, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our online clients. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and technical issues related to our online platform, assisting clients with account management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and providing guidance on how to best utilize our online services.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and telephone. 2. Provide technical support for our online platform, including troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through the resolution process. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks, such as updating information, processing payments, and navigating the online portal. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Dedicated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent people management skills and the ability to make informed decisions. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms and software. 7. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
