Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description:


Huber+Suhner is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Support Representative in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring no prior experience. We are looking for a candidate who is creative and possesses leadership skills to support our online customer service efforts.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve online support processes - Contribute to the development of online support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge bases - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements


Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Creative thinker who can come up with innovative solutions to customer problems - Demonstrated leadership skills or potential - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
