Online Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Support Representative to join our team at Zehnder Group AG in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online customers. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously update knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Assist with other tasks as needed to support the online operations team

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management and organization skills - Basic knowledge of online platforms and technology - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
