Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends to better assist customers. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Arrow Electronics' commitment to excellent customer service. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within the online support process.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent individuals who can work effectively both individually and as part of a team. 2. Possess emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with customers. 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Familiarity with online support tools and platforms. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
