Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing online customer support through web chat services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through web chat services. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Provide information on products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Previous experience in a customer service or online chat role preferred. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team. 5. Good presentation skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and web chat software. 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Fluency in English and German is required.
