Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Intamin Amusement Rides is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, hardworking, innovative, and skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with online purchases - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to improve customer experience

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Comfortable using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
