We are currently seeking an energetic and resilient Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Sika AG in Bern, Switzerland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support through online web chat channels - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude - Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH - Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
