Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Anixter International is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing online chat platforms, engaging with customers in real-time, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage online chat platforms to engage with customers and provide support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a positive online presence for the company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers - Coordinate with IT team to resolve any technical issues related to online chat platforms - Utilize analytics to track and monitor customer interactions and satisfaction - Train and mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and energetic attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
