Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

AutoNation is seeking a motivated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Online Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat feature to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any inquiries they may have about our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the online chat feature on our website - Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services - Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues customers may encounter on our website - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong presentation skills - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role - Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
