Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is looking for a confident and passionate Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through web chat, assisting with inquiries, issues, and providing information about our products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems or concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the online chat experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies - Research skills to quickly find information and solutions for customers - Knowledge of online chat platforms and customer service best practices - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
