Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries or issues regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and general information about Erie Insurance Group. - Utilize resources and knowledge base to research and address customer concerns effectively. - Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all interactions with customers. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. - Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork to achieve department goals and objectives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits to effectively handle a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment. - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems. - Fluency in English and preferably one or more additional languages.
