Job Description:

Georg Fischer AG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries through chat platforms, providing accurate and timely responses, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner using online chat platforms. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary. 4. Communicate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement. 5. Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Assist with strategic planning and execution of online chat initiatives. 7. Conduct presentations to internal teams on best practices for online chat communication.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. 2. Reliable and driven individual with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong strategic planning and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
