Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Foot Locker is looking for a dedicated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time associate level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, have emotional intelligence, and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner - Utilize product knowledge and resources to recommend products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer applications and software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
