Online Web Chat Specialist

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to make quick and effective decisions, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat platforms -Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner -Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction -Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions -Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: -4 years of experience in a similar role -Confident and dedicated personality traits -Strong communication skills -Effective decision-making abilities -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
