Job Description:
DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing support to our remote team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing virtual files. - Assist in preparing and distributing virtual communication materials, such as emails and reports. - Troubleshoot technical issues for remote team members and coordinate with IT support for timely resolution. - Support remote team members with software and tools usage, providing guidance and training as needed. - Manage virtual travel arrangements and accommodations for team members attending remote meetings or events. - Assist in planning and executing virtual team-building activities and special projects. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or remote assistance roles. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other virtual communication tools. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong persuasion skills to influence remote team members and drive collaboration. - Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
