Job Description:
McKesson is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial part in providing remote support to our clients and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in training new support staff as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong technical skills and understanding of remote support tools. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7. Motivated and reliable individual with a positive attitude. 8. Previous experience in people management is a plus.
