Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Support Associate to join our team at ADP in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, addressing any technical issues they may encounter - Troubleshoot problems and find timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support - Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a remote support role - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
