Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Support Associate to work from home for J.P. Morgan Chase in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess strong people management and planning skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the team by managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management - Conduct research and gather data to support various projects - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Help maintain accurate records and documentation for the team - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
