Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team at New York Life Insurance in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing support to our team and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity. 3. Serve as the main point of contact for any support-related issues or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address cross-functional issues and ensure seamless communication. 5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. 6. Develop training programs and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and empathy. 8. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve departmental goals and objectives. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support or customer service role. 2. Confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team. 6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
