Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support staff within our organization. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the support team - Ensure that all support staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the support team - Work closely with other managers to ensure seamless operations across the organization - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff - Assist in the recruitment and training of new support team members


Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership experience in a similar role - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
