Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Support Manager to join our team at CSX in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients and customers. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support efforts - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any issues or concerns - Create and maintain support documentation, training materials, and knowledge base resources - Develop and implement processes to streamline support operations and maximize efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and leadership skills - Proven experience in strategic planning and implementing initiatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
