Job Description - Remote Support Manager


Job Description:


Sonova Holding AG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, CH on a part-time basis. The Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the remote support team, implementing strategies for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Develop and implement training programs for remote support specialists - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide the best possible support to clients - Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remote support management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with IT support systems and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
