Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


Airgas is seeking a driven and resilient Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team to deliver excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer issues. 2. Develop and implement support procedures and policies to streamline operations and improve productivity. 3. Monitor support KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Prepare and present reports on support team performance and customer satisfaction. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong decision-making and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven leadership experience. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
